Training Developer for the Air NZ Workday HRIS Transformation project, responsible for working closely with SMEs to identify end-user learning requirements, design & develop engaging resources optimised for online use.

Designed how-to user guides and how-to training videos to aid facilitation training sessions and user self-service.

Also contributed to facilitation guides, change material and wider SharePoint Workday support content.
