This exciting global change programme at Fletcher Building involved creating multiple interactive training modules to help up skill 16,000 global employees, and 3000 global managers on Workday HRIS.

Training modules:

  1. Manager Training Tutorial
  2. Employee Training Tutorial (in 9 languages)

Manager Training Tutorial
This module contained self-service training for important Workday Business Processes, e.g. Termination, Create Job Requisition, Hire, Time Off, Delegations, as well as Workday tips and Reports and Dashboards information.

Employee Training Tutorial
Introduction to Workday and key Employee tasks, e.g. updating personal information, emergency contacts, profile photo and more. Created in multiple languages for global self-service usability.

Working with SMEs, I developed all modules, structuring content, layout & interaction design to align with Fletcher Buildings brand, and used best practices for usability. Tutorials were optimised for Citrx deployment, and included user testing.

Note: Languages were translated by an external company.
